About the event
We are excited to all get healthier in the new year and Upstate Nevada has partnered with us to do just that!
Upstate Nevada has started a weekly fitness class opened to only members of the DSNNN.
Join us every Tuesday at 11am for a fun and adaptive fitness class.
Classes are one hour and taught by certified apative trainers.
